U2-Air Pro is an adapter that allows you to use CarPlay wirelessly in your car. With it, you can control apps, navigation and Siri on your car screen without connecting a cable. U2-Air Pro is faster and more stable than its predecessor.
This adapter quickly transforms your wired CarPlay into wireless CarPlay. After a simple initial setup, start your car and the CarPlay adapter will be instantly activated and connect to your iPhone via Bluetooth. Without having to dismantle your accessories, the Carplay adapter can replace complicated charging cables and expensive car systems.
NOTE:
Only available for vehicles with Apple CarPlay (model year: 2016-2023) wired connectivity and iOS version 10 or later.
Does not work with cars equipped with wireless CarPlay
Not for Android phones
U2-AIR does not support wireless Android Auto, if you want to use wireless Android Auto, please check the U2-X or Play2Video models!!
In particular, the following models are not supported: Tesla, BMW, Mitsubishi, Mazda.
There are currently problems with phone calls in Skoda cars
Not recommended for car radios: Sony, Pioneer, Boss

User Manual
Firmware update solves 90% of problems, but please do not update if the device works well. There may be some errors in the new software update due to the car model adjustment capabilities. If you do not have any problems during use, we recommend that you carefully consider updating the software.

Warranty Information
Our Warranty
We offer up to 1 Year Warranty on all our new or refurbished products.
The item must be returned with all of the original contents. The Warranty does
not cover negligence or damage due to normal wear and tear.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, contact our Customer
Service team at store@fatbat.uk to receive a return authorization.
Our team will provide you with a pre-paid return label (if applicable) to send
the item back to us, at no cost to you. If no replacement is available you will
be given a store credit for the amount the item was purchased for.
**PLEASE NOTE**
If you are returning a phone, computer, or tablet please make sure you follow
the directions below or the return/warranty will not be honored and will be
returned to sender.
1. The iCloud account must be erased and restored to factory settings.
2. The serial/IMEI number must match what we have in our sales record.
